Starlink live internet connectivity show April 9

Starlink, the US telecom giant will provide live internet connectivity for a demonstration at Bangladesh Investment Summit on 9 April.

Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (Bida) Executive Chairman Chowdhury Ashik Mahmud Bin Harun announced during a press conference at Bangladesh Foreign Service Academy on Sunday.

The media briefing was arranged ahead of the "Bangladesh Investment Summit" scheduled to be held from 7-10 April at Hotel InterContinental Dhaka.

Bangladesh, UNOPS ink project document to train female peacekeepers

The Bangladesh Government and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) signed a project document on "Enhancement of the Capacity of BIPSOT to Train Female Peacekeepers" at the Economic Relations Division (ERD) in the Capital on Sunday.

The project document was recently signed by Md. Shahriar Kader Siddiky, Secretary of the Economic Relations Division (ERD), Ministry of Finance representing Bangladesh, and Sudhir Muralidharan, Country Manager of UNOPS Bangladesh, said in an ERD press release.
