3rd AGM of NRBCBank held

The 3rd AGM of NRBC Bank (NRB Commercial Bank Limited) was held on Monday, April 18, 2016, at Boardroom of the Bank, Dhaka.

Engr. Farasath Ali, Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting. The shareholders approved the accounts for the year ended on 31st December 2015.

Among others, the meeting was attended by Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, Vice Chairman; Mr. Mohammed Manzurul Islam, Chairman, Executive Committee, Dr. Nuran Nabi, Chairman, Audit Committee, Engr. Syed Munsif Ali, Chairman, Risk Management Committee, Directors, Sponsor Shareholders, Mr. Dewan Mujibur Rahman, Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Zabed Amin, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Md. Shafiet Wahed, Deputy Managing Director, Kazi Md. Talha, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Md Rafiquzzaman, EVP & Company Secretary and senior executives of the Bank.
