AIBL opens branch at Ashugonj, Brahmanbaria

Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd (AIBL) opens its 128^th branch at Ashugonj, Brahmanbaria on 8 November 2015, Sunday. Director of the Bank Alhajj Engr. Kh. Mesbah Uddin Ahmed inaugurated the branch as Chief Guest while Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman presided over the ceremony and Director Alhajj Abdul Malek Mollah was Special Guest.

Head of AIBL Dhaka South Zone Majibar Rahman delivered the welcome speech. The occasion was addressed by prominent businessman Md. Hedayet Ullah Khan, Azizur Rahman Miah, Pradip Chandra Shaha and Ashugonj Upazila Chairman Abu Asif Ahmed. Among others Senior Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah and Assistant Vice President Jalal Ahmed were present in the inauguration. A large number of local peoples, businessmen, clients and well-wishers participated on the program. Manager of the branch Md.Faruk Miah thanked the audience.

Chief Guest Director Alhajj Engr. Kh. Mesbah Uddin Ahmed in his speech, said Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. was established not for making profit by doing business but for the welfare of the society. Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman, in his speech, invited all to have the blessings of Islamic banking service. He also said, only Islamic banking system can boost-up the economy of the country.
