Apppollo Ispat Complex Ltd has renewed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed earlier with Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC) and Marubeni Itochu Steel Corporation.
A senior level team of Appollo Ispat recently visited Japan for this purpose.
Mentionable, NSC is the largest supplier of the finest quality of Hot Rolled Coil to Appollo Ispat, one of the largest flat steel producers in Bangladesh.
The company has targeted to expand its market share by optimizing the capacity utilization. A highly sophisticated Radiant Tube Furnace (RTF) based NOF CGL Line is under implemention to produce premium product which is expected to be launched in the local market by the end of this year.
