Bank Asia Agent Banking booths open in Munshigonj  

Bank Asia opened four agent banking booths in Sadar and Tongibari upazilas of Munshigonj district on Saturday (2 August, 2014) in a move to financial inclusion of rural people.

Mr. A.M. Nurul Islam, Vice Chairman of the Bank inaugurated the booths at Dhalagaon Bazar, Char Dumuria and College Para of Sadar upazila and Aldi Bazar of Tongibari upazila.

Mr. Rumee A Hossain, Chairman of Executive Committee of the Board of Bank Asia and Mr. Md Arfan Ali, Deputy Managing Director (SMR) were, among others, present during opening of the booths.

Bank Asia, pioneer in agent banking in Bangladesh, has been expanding agent banking services all over Bangladesh as a part of financial inclusion of unbanked population.
