The 101st Branch of Bank Asia was formally inaugurated at Nangalkot Upazila of Comilla district on Sunday (13 Sept 2015). AHM Mustafa Kamal, (FCA), MP, Minister, Ministry of Planning, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh graced the occasion as Chief Guest and cut the ribbon marking the formal inauguration of the new Branch.
Mr. Rumee A Hossain, Chairman of Executive Committee of the Bank and Mr. Md. Samsuddin Kalu, Chairman, Nangalkot Upozila were present as the Special Guest. Mr. Md. Mehmood Husain, President & Managing Director of Bank Asia, Ms. Humaira Azam & Md. Zahirul Alom, Deputy Managing Directors were present on the occasion. Members of the business community, local elite and a large number of people attended the auspicious event. The new branch has all the modern banking facilities including on-line banking and ATM.
