BASIC Bank holds its 26th AGM

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BASIC Bank Limited was held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Head Office of the Bank.

Mr. Alauddin A. Majid, Chairman of the Board of Directors presided over the meeting. Mr. Gokul Chand Das, Additional Secretary, Bank and Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance attended the meeting as the representative of the Bank’s sole shareholder the Govt. of Bangladesh.

Among others, Mr. Hasan Mahmood, FCA and Mr. Md. Mamun-Al-Rashid – members of the Board of Directors, Mr. Khondoker Md. Iqbal – Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Md. Hasan Imam – Company Secretary, Mr. Mohammad Nurun Nabi, FCA – Senior partner of Audit firm, ACNABIN, were also present in the meeting.
