BASIS campaign on IT industry launched

Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services (BASIS) has officially inaugurated the launching of “One Bangladesh- Next Five Years Vision of Bangladesh Software & IT Services Industry” campaign.

Finance Minister Abul maal Abdul Muhith was the CHIEF GUEST at the launching event held on Sunday at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the capital. State Minister for Foreign Ministry Md. Shahriar Alam and State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Ministry Zunaid Ahmed Palak were present at the ceremony as special guests.

BASIS President Shameem Ahsan chaired and led the Inauguration event and BASIS Secretary General Russel T Ahmed gave the welcome speech at the ceremonial event and brought forward previous and current successes and activities of BASIS.
