BATB gets ICSB Corporate Award

British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) received ‘ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence-2014’ in Manufacturing Companies Category for practicing good governance for 2^nd time.

BATB Managing Director Shehzad Munim and Board of Directors member Md. Mosharraf Hossain Bhuiyan ndc received the award from finance minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith at a grand ceremony held at Grand Ballroom, Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the city recently.

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) has given the awards in ten different categories to promote corporate governance excellence in the country. BATB also received the same award in 2013.
