BD Finance, LEADS Corporation deal for BANKULTIMUS

Bangladesh Finance And Investment Company Limited (BD Finance) tied up with software giant Leads Corporation to procure centralized core Business System – BANKULTIMUS. The two companies inked an agreement in this regard at a formal signing ceremony at BD Finance head office on February 19, 2015.

BD Finance is one of the leading multi-product financial institutions of Bangladesh with the vision to focus on quality growth, superior customer service and best Industry Practices.BD Finance procured the License & Services for BANKULTIMUS from LEADS having necessary interfaces for smooth functional operation as well as to meet regulatory requirements based on Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy and BASEL guideline.

Mr. Mafizuddin Sarker, Managing Director &CEO of BD Finance and Shaikh Abdul Shahid, CEO of LEADS Corporation Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization. The signing ceremony was graceful in the presence of Mr. Hossain Khaled, Chairman, BD Finance & President, DCCI and Mr. Shaikh Abdul Aziz, Managing Director of LEADS Corporation Limited. Also top executives of BD Finance and Leads Corporation were present at the signing ceremony.
