BSEC denies capital raise of PPPL

Paper Processing and Packaging Limited (PPPL) applied for raising capital (other than existing shareholder) to BSEC. But it was cancelled in the 538th Commission Meeting of BSEC.

Paper Processing & Packaging Ltd. (PPP) is one of the oldest printing and publication houses of Bangladesh. It aims to cater the growing demand of its products and services in the education and industrial sectors of the country.

The project has equipments capable of printing and binding of 5000000 copies of books per annum. The Packing section is equipped to produce different types of boxes and files by using approximately 2000 MT. of industrial grade paper and board per year.
