BUFT intra-university Badminton tournament held

The final match and the Prize giving ceremony of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) Intra University Badminton Tournament 2015-2016 was held on 25th January 2016. The venue of the event was the park playground, sector 13 at Uttara. It was jointly organized by BUFT Sports Club & batch 131.

Mr. Muzaffar U. Siddique, the Founder, Chairman of Board of Trustees of BUFT was the Chief Guest of the program. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Syed Masud Husain was present as Special Guest. Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Registrar A N M Rafiqul Alam, Mr. Obaidullah, Sr. Asst. Professor & Proctor, & Chairperson of Games & Sports Committee, faculty members, high officials and students attended the event.

In the tournament, in boy’s team Faisal & Mamun (batch 122), from girl’s team Shuma & Jannatul Borna (batch 152), from faculty member’s team Md. Anowar Kamal & Md. Mahbubul Alam became the champions. At the end of the event the Chief Guest distributed the trophy among the Champion and Runner’s up team.
