Crop Care Conclave held in Savar

A day long Conclave of ACI Crop Care 2014 was held recently at Brac CDM, Savar. The conclave was attended by around 200 Field Force members from all over the country including marketing team and other guests from the industry.

The written statement of Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla, the Honorable Chairman of ACI Group has been pronounced in the program. In his statement he congratulated the entire team ACI Crop Care for their hard work and sincere efforts against all odds and urged them to keep on making improvement in their deliveries and commitment. He also emphasized that ACI Crop Care’s aim should be to give higher return on investment and fair value to the farmers by helping in protecting their crops that in turn, would change the lifestyle of the farmers for their betterment.

Ms Shusmita Anis, the Managing Director of ACI Formulations Ltd. presented her speech mentioning that “ACI is the biggest integrated agricultural conglomerates in the country that has been relentlessly working for enhancement of farmer’s lives and agricultural scenario of the country. Moreover, as ACI is marketing all the products related to agriculture at reasonable prices, thus, ACI is working side by side with the government, contributing in food security of Bangladesh.

Mr. Md. Habibur Rahman General Manager, Marketing and Mr. K. M. Feroz Ahmed, General Manager, Sales has given their presentations on Marketing and Sales Achievement 2013 respectively. Throughout the day there had been various discussions on Sales and Marketing and shared some wonderful success stories. Specific guideline for the year 2014 was highlighted. The best performers of the year 2013 were recognized and Awarded by Ms Shusmita Anis. The day ended with a colorful cultural program and the team left with high spirit of enthusiasm and motivation.
