DCCI invites Indian businessmen to participate in DITF

President of Dhaka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), Md Sabur Khan invited the Indian entrepreneurs to participate in the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) in January. Sabur Khan attended the inauguration ceremony of the India International Mega Trade Fair in Kolkata as guest of honour yesterday.

The fair began on December 13 and will continue until December 23. The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry and GS Marketing Associates are jointly organizing the India International Mega Trade Fair.

DCCI President also urged to strengthening the business to business relationship between the businessmen of Bangladesh and India. He also underscored the importance of maintaining chamber to chamber relation in order to boost bilateral relation, a DCCI press release said here on Saturday.

He urged the Indian investors in Bangladesh to expand their existing investment and explore new ventures. He said for Indian investors, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, IT, tourism, agriculture sector of Bangladesh can be suitable for exploring new area of business.

Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Kolkata was present at the event. Bangladesh has joined the fair as exhibitor with 84 stalls.
