Fareast Board Meet 11 Feb

Fareast Finance & Investment Ltd has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been adjourned.

The meeting will be held on February 11, 2015, to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2014.

The venue and time of the meeting will remain unchanged.
