Kalishuri Union Awami League with its allies held a grand felicitation programme to pay ovation to eminent Awami League leader Haseeb Alam Talukdar at Patilapara in Bauphal on Monday. He received this public reception for his outstanding contribution to social service.
Haseeb Alam Talukdar is the son of freedom medalist group captain (retd) Shamsul Alam, Bir Uttam, who is a candidate of Awami League for Patuakhali-2 (Bauphal) constituency in upcoming 12th national parliament election. Haseeb Alam Talukdar is the Chairman of AVR Bangladesh Group.
Bauphal Upazila Awami League member Md. Humayun Kabir Howladar presided over the programme. Secretary of Industry and Commerce Affairs of Bauphal Upazila Awami League Babu Sajal Kumar Halder and Assistant Professor of Kalishuri Degree College, Former Chairman of Keshavpur Union Parishad Md. Mohiuddin Ahmed Lovelu, Bauphal Upazila Awami League member, Kalishuri Union Jubo League President, Kalishuri Union Awami League No. 1 Joint Secretary and others were also present at the programme. Haseeb Alam Talukdar distributed local fruits and forest trees after the reception ceremony.
