GHM opens Bundoo Khan Express in Dubai

Global Hotels Management (GHM) LLC, a Dubai-based hotel management company, announces the opening of the first Bundoo Khan Express in Dubai to serve customers in residential and commercial areas looking for traditional Pakistani home-made recipes.

Bundoo Khan Express is located along Sheikh Zayed Road near 3rd Interchange and will offer grilled and charbroiled specialities for dine-in, take-away and delivery services.

Masood Hashim, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Hotels Management, said: “We have reduced the menu of Bundoo Khan Express to offer our customers quick but tasty food that they can consume within their offices or take home to their family to enjoy. We have seen customers living in Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Downtown and Al Barsha coming to Bundoo Khan Restaurant in Deira to taste our traditional Pakistani food so we have decided to bring the cuisine near our customers’ homes and offices so they can enjoy the same dining experience.”

The Bundoo Khan Express will be the first of the several outlets GHM is planning to open in different locations in the UAE this year. Mr Hashim added that Bundoo Khan Express will soon open in Motor City, Delma Mall, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Regional franchising is also being offered by GHM and the company has received enquiries from investors from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Bangladesh and Singapore for both Bundoo Khan Restaurant and Bundoo Khan Express.

Chef Atul Nautiyal and his culinary team will prepare the menu at Bundoo Khan Express such as Chicken Seekh Kabab, Malai Boti, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Boti, Behari Boti, Char Grill Prawns, Afghani Boti, Chapli Kebabs including biryanis and non-vegetarian and vegetarian specialties.
