Green Delta Capital signs deal with Union Capital

Green Delta Capital Limited (GDCL) and Union Capital Limited (UCL) recently have signed an agreement under which Green Delta Capital Limited will act as Issue Manager for Union Capital Limited to raise BDT 500 million through issuance of preference shares.

Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, Managing Director and Md. Rafiqul Islam, Chief Investment Officer of Green Delta Capital Limited; and Md. Akter H. Sannamat, Managing Director and CEO of Union Capital Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organization.

Nasir A Choudhury, Chairman and Farzana Chowdhury, Director of Green Delta Capital Ltd. (GDCL) and other Officials from both GDCL and UCL were also present on the occasion.
