Recently, Huawei has announced their performance results for the third quarter of 2015, where it witnessed a steady growth. 33% of this growth came from mid-to-high end devices. Huawei shipped 27.4 million in the July-September period of the year, representing a year-on-year increase of 63 percent. Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer Business Group, expressed his confidence that Huawei will reach its goal of shipping 100 million units by the year’s end. On year-on-year basis, Huawei’s smartphone shipments grew by 98% in Europe and 70% in Middle-East and Africa region.
