IBBL Ctg zonal business dev confce held

Business Development Conference of Chittagong North Zone and Chittagong South Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was held on Friday (July 4, 2014) at Chittagong Club.

Engr. Md. Eskander Ali Khan, Chairman, Executive Committee of the Bank was present in the conference as Chief Guest. Presided over by Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the Bank the program was attended by Md. Shamsuzzaman, Executive Vice President and head of Assets Management Division, Mohamamd Monirul Moula, head of Corporate Investment Division-II, Engr. Mohammad Ali, head of Investment Administration Division, Dr. Mahmood Ahmed, head of IBTRA Chittagong regional centre, Mohammad Amirul Islam, head of Chittagong South Zone, Md. Mostafizur Rahman Siddiquee, head of Chittagong North Zone, Managers of 40 branches of Chittagong and other officials.

Engr. Md Eskander Ali Khan in his speech as chief guest said that beside investment in small, medium and large industries, Islami Bank is working for development of the rural Bangladesh as well. He emphasized on exploring new avenues of investment and developing new entreprenures for development of the country. He called upon the managers to follow all the rules of Islami Banking for development of the Bank.

Mohammad Abdul Manan, Managing Director of the Bank in his presidential speech said that Islami Bank is working for welfare of human being from the very inception. Human need is given priority in investment of the Bank. He said that the bank is working for overall development through diversification of investment.
