IBBL inaugurates 313th branch at Raipura

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) inaugurated its 313^th Branch at Raipura of Narshingdi on 17 December 2016, Saturday.

Rajiuddin Ahmed Raju MP, Narsgingdi-5 inaugurated the branch as chief guest. Presided over by Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank, Professor Dr. Sirajul Karim, Director of the Bank, Manjur Elahi, Chairman of Narsingdi Upazilla Parisad, Mizanur Rahman, Chairman of Raipura Upazilla Parisad and Md. Jamal Molla, Mayor of Raipura Pourashava were present in the function as special guests. Mr. Nannu Mia, Asadur Rahman Milon, prominent businesspersons, Ms. Nargis Begum Runa, social worker, spoke in the function among the local elites. Md. Obaidul Haque, Executive Vice President and Head of Dhaka South Zone addressed the welcome speech and presented the discussion on ‘Excellence and Success of Islamic Banking’.

Dr. Muhammad Abdus Samad, member secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Executive Vice President and Head of ICT Wing of the Bank and Hafez Maulana Md. Iliyas, Khateeb of Raipura Post Office Mosque discussed over the topic. Local businesspersons, professionals and eminent personalities were present in the function.
