IBBL mCash – Xpress Money remittance service

Xpress Money, a global money transfer company expands its remittance services with mCash, a mobile financial service of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL). Mohammad Abdul Mannan, managing director of IBBL and Arvind Mylar, Vice President, Xpress Money formally inaugurated the services on April 5, 2015 at Islami Bank Tower.

Mohd. Shamsul Haque, Muhammad Abul Bashar, Md. Mahbub ul Alam & Rafi Ahmed Begh, Deputy Managing Directors, Abdus Sadeque Bhuiyan, Executive Vice President & Head of International Banking Wing and Shamim Iftekhar, Country Manager, Xpress Money were present on the occasion. With this service, Xpress Money customers can now send remittance directly to IBBL mCash account and receive the same from mCash agents. Besides the customers will avail mCash facilities including fund transfer, deposit, utility bill payment, fees payment, merchant payment and i-top-up.

To avail mCash service, a Customer needs to walk into an Xpress Money location and provid the beneficiary’s details, registered mobile number for the mCash service and hands over the amount. The beneficiary will receive an SMS confirmation to collect money and visit the nearest IBBL location or a franchise location appointed by IBBL and presents a valid ID to receive the money.
