The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) has completed two-day long workshop on “The Art of Leadership” on Sunday (30 March 2013).
A total number of 33 members of ICAB participated in the workshop. The objectives of workshop were to orient ICAB members with different leadership tactics and techniques observed in corporate environment.
A wide range of topics covering communication skills including public speaking, leadership theory & practices, interviewing skills, leadership scope of finance manager and career progress on skills. ICAB president Showkat Hossain FCA awarded certificate to the participants after completion of the workshop.
ICAB Vice President Dewan Nurul Islam FCA, Past President and Council Members Muhammed Farhad Hussain FCA, Md. Humayun Kabir FCA, fellow member Gopal Chandra Ghosh FCA, Human Resource (HR) Experts Masud Khan, Humaira Sharmeen and Md. Moinul Islam were resource persons of the workshop.
