Islami Bank Board meeting held

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited was held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Board Room of Islami Bank Tower with Engr. Mustafa Anwar, Chairman of the Bank in the cahir. Directors along with Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the Bank were present in the meeting.

The meeting approved first quarterly unaudited financial statement 2016 and expressed its satisfaction while evaluating the performance of the Bank over the success & progress achieved so far.

The meeting elected M. Azizul Huq as Vice Chairman of the Bank. Besides, Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Bank were reformed with Professor Syed Ahsanul Alam, Helal Ahmed Chowdhury and Shamim Mohammad Afzal as Chairmen respectively.
