Islami Bank opens 314th Branch at Dania in city

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) opened its 314th Branch at Dania in Dhaka. Major General (Retd) Engineer Abdul Matin, Director of the bank inaugurated the branch on December 18, 2016, Sunday as chief guest.

Presided over by Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director & CEO, the program was addressed by Freedom fighter Md. Abdul Mabud PPM, Chairman Risk Management Committee and Prof. Dr. Hasan Muhammad Moinuddin, Member, Shariah Supervisory Committee as special guests. Hasan Mohammad Jahangir, Member, Dania Union Parishad, Freedom Fighter Md. Abdul Quddus, Governing Body Member, Bornomala School and College, Shaikhul Hadith Md. Fazlur Rahman, Khateeb, Dania Baitul Ashekin Jame Masjid, Sujoy Chandra Das, President, Shanir Akhra Mondir Committee and Sumaiya Khanam, woman entrepreneur addressed the function among clients and local elites.

Mohammad Mohon Miah, Executive Vice President and Md. Obaidul Haque, Head of Dhaka South Zone also spoke on the occasion. Executives and officials of the bank along with local businesspersons, professionals, and social elites attended the program.
