ITC approves 15pc stock dividend

The shareholders of the Information Technology Consultants Limited (ITC) approved Stock (Bonus) dividend of 15 percent for the year 2015-16.

The approval came from the 16^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held at the Raowa Convention Hall. Mr. Lim Kiah Meng, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting.

Mr. Salahuddin Alamgir, Vice Chairman, Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Md. Waliuzzaman FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Md. Haqueful Shaikh, Independent Director, Other Directors, Mr. Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Mr. Anindya Sarkar ACS, Company Secretary were present in the meeting.
