Mashrafe to receive honorary police post

Tiger skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is going to get an ‘honorary post’ in Bangladesh Police soon.

Police authorities of the country have taken the decision to honor him after taking into account his recent performance in the World Cup 2015 where he led the Tigers into the quarterfinals for the first time.

S M Moniruzzaman, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police of Khulna range, revealed to the media that steps were being taken to bestow the cricket star with the honorary post.

He, however, did not clarify what post will be offered to Mashrafe.

In the meantime, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has reportedly agreed to receive the honorary post.
