MDB, REB sign deal for electricity bill collection  

An agreement signing ceremony was held on 4th December 2014 between Midland Bank Limited (MDB) and Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) at the Head Office of the REB, Dhaka.

Mr. Khodoker Nayeemul Kabir, Deputy Managing Director, MDB and Mr. A. R. M. Harisur Rahman, Director (Finance), REB signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the agreement, Midland Bank will now collect bills from REB customers through its branches.

Muhammad H. Kafi, Chief Information Officer of MDB and Md. Bazlur Rahman, Controller of Finance, REB were also present on the occasion along with other high officials of both the organizations.
