Meghna Bank board meeting held

The 37^th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank Limited has been taken place recently on its Head Office at Suvastu Imam Square, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.

Mr. H. N. Ashequr Rahman MP, Chairman, Meghna Bank Limited presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman of Meghna Bank Limited Mr. Abdul Alim Khan Selim, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. Mohammed Nurul Amin and Directors of the Board were also present in the meeting.

The meeting approved the Annual Financial statements of 2015 of the Bank.
