Midland Bank, DESCO sign deal for bill collection

An agreement signing ceremony was held on Wednesday between Midland Bank Limited (MDB) and Dhaka Electric Supply Company Ltd (DESCO) at the Head Office of DESCO, Dhaka.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO, MDB and Engr. Zulfiquar Tahmid, Company Secretary, DESCO signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the agreement, Midland Bank will now collect bills from DESCO customers through its branches.

Brig General Md. Shahid Sawar, ndc, psc(Retd), Managing Director of DESCO and Muhammad H. Kafi, Chief Information Officer of MDB, were also present on the occasion along with other high officials of both the organizations.
