NRBCB Board recommends 9pc dividend

Recently the Board of Directors of NRB Commercial Bank Limited in its 41st meeting approved the Audited Financials and recommended 9% dividend for the year ended on 31st December 2015, for the upcoming 03rd AGM of the Bank.

Among others, the Signing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Bank Engr. Farasath Ali, Vice Chairman Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, Directors Mr. Firoz Haider Khan, Mr. Mohammed Adnan Imam,FCCA and Mr. Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo.

Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mr. Dewan Mujibur Rahman, EVP and Company Secretary Mr.Md Rafiquzzaman, and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Harunur Rashid and other officials of NRBC Bank were also present at the signing ceremony.
