PBL honoured by Centre for NRBs

Pubali Bank Limited (PBL) has been honoured with a plaque entitled `Top Ten Remittance Award’ from the Centre for Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) for remarkable support service to increase the flow of inward foreign remittance.

The award has been given at the inaugural ceremony of World Conference Series 2015 at a city Hotel recently. Managing Director Md. Abdul Halim Chowdhury on behalf of Pubali Bank Limited received the award from Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor of Bangladesh Bank.

In the award giving ceremony Prime Minister’s Political Affairs Advisor HT Imam, International Affairs Advisor Dr. Gowher Rizvi, CPD Executive Director Professor Mustafizur Rahman, former MP and Chairman of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder were present as guests. MS Shekil Chowdhury, Chairperson of the Centre for NRBs presided over the function.
