Premier Bank to install Southtech scaled HR solution

Premier Bank Limited on Thursday signed an agreement with Southtech Limited for the implementation of Southtech scaled, a premier human resource management solution in Bangladesh.

The agreement was signed by Premier Bank’s Managing Director & CEO K.A.M Majedur Rahman and Southtech’s Managing Director & CEO,Syed Mamnun Quader.

The signing ceremony was attended by other senior management member of Premier Bank: Mr. M. Rezaul Karim, AMD, Mr. Tarek Reaz Khan, DMD & COO, Mr. Asif Zaman, SEVP & Head of HRD, Mr. Md. Mashuqur Rahman, VP & Head of IT, Mr. Sunjur Ahmed, VP & Head of SQ & Customer Experience Management and Systems & Procedure.  Senior members of Southtech included Mr. Syed Maqbul Quader, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Abu Saleh Prince, Relationship Manager, and Mr. Md. Touhidul Alam, Senior Analyst Programmer.

Southtech scaled is an advanced Human Resources Management software that automates HR business processes from recruitment to retirement. It allows an organization to efficiently manage all HR activities and it significantly reduces administrative and operational costs.
