Price sensitive info of BBS

The Board of Directors of Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd (BBS ) announced its price sensitive information in a meeting held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the Company. The meeting approved the audited financial statement for the year ended 30the June’ 2016. The Board recommended 10 percent stock dividend and 5 percent cash dividend for the financial year 2015-2016 subject to approval of the shareholders in the 13th AGM of the company.

The 13th AGM will be held on 20 December’ 2016.
