Pubali Bank donates Tk 7.5 lach to Asiatic Society

Pubali Bank Limited Board of Directors’ has donated Tk 7.5 lakh (Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand) to Asiatic Society of Bangladesh for composition and publication of ‘History of Bangladesh: Ancient and Medieval Project’ as a part of corporate social responsibility.

Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd. handed over a donation cheque of Tk. 7.5 lac to Professor(Rtd.) Abdul Momin Chowdhury, Director of the Project.

Habibur Rahman, Vice-Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank and Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd.-Syed Moazzem Hussain, Ahmed Shafi Choudhury, Mrs. Suraiya Rahman, Mrs. Rumana Sharif, Independent Director Khurshid-ul- Alam and Dr. Shahdeen Malik, Managing Director & CEO of Pubali Bank Ltd. Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director M. A. Halim Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Safiul Alam Khan Chowdhury and President of Asiatic Society of Bangladesh Syed Amirul Islam and General Secretary Ahmed Abdullah Jamal were also present at the cheque Handing over ceremony.
