The 54th AGM of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Ltd was held on Sunday (June 21, 2015) at the Trust Milonayoton, Dhaka, said a press release. The company had a growth of 9.78 per cent during 2014. The growth has primarily resulted from its power brands – Harpic and Dettol.
A good number of shareholders attended the AGM. Among others, Chairman Mr. Nitish Kapoor, Managing Director Mr. Raghu Krishnan; Directors Mr. Nayan Ranjan Mukhopadhyay, Mr.Sushen Chandra Das, Mr. M. Jahangir Kabir, Mr. Mahmud Hasan Khan and Company Secretary Md. Nazmul Arefin were present at the meeting.
