Robi Career Carnival at East Delta University

Robi Axiata Limited, a leading telecom operator of the country, organised a day long career festival at East Delta University in Chittagong, on October 26, 2014.

Aiming at familiarising its employment status and other relevant opportunities and obligations to aspirant job-seekers, especially fresh graduates, the telecom brand hold the event styled ‘Robi Career Carnival’ in association with the Chittagong-based private university at its Probartak campus.

Meanwhile, a career counseling session was also held on the occasion where the organisers announced that they would provide interested EDU graduates with internship opportunities at the telecom operator. The session also introduced various techniques of preparing resumes, writing cover letters and preparing well for job interviews to the students who joined there.

Sharmin Sultan, vice president of Resourcing and Corporate Division of Robi, delivered some tips beside a power-point presentation while Rezwan Hamid Shezan, its regional manager, and Sayeed Al Noman, founding vice-chairman, Prof. Dr obaidul karim, Dean of the university, among others attended the programme.
