This customer-centric platform provides the customers the convenience of purchasing bus ticket without having to brave the notorious city traffic around the country. bdtickets.com starts with offering bus tickets for the moment. The portal offers a list of available buses once a user selects a route. The user then selects the date of travelling, the departure and destination point & the bus they want to travel on and then proceeds to make payment using their debit/ credit card/ bKash account. In just a few clicks, one can purchase bus tickets from anywhere with utmost convenience. An SMS is sent to the user once the purchase is confirmed. This SMS has the reference number along with other ticket related information. One can just board the bus showing this SMS.
In case one wants to cancel the purchased ticket, all he/ she needs to do is to click on the cancellation link provided on the portal. Following an easy registration process, one needs to enter one’s ticket number and the PIN number that was provided at the time of purchasing the ticket and then click on cancel ticket.
