Following the Hajj tragedy, Robi has stood by the Hajis and their families in Bangladesh by offering free calls to Saudi Arabia till 26th September 2015. These calls can be made from any of the Robi cellphone numbers. Robi customers who have subscribed to its roaming service and are now in Saudi Arabia can also make free calls and SMS to Bangladesh.
