Robi signs deal with Eastcompeace Smart Card

Robi Axiata Ltd, the country’s second largest mobile operator in terms of revenue, and Eastcompeace Smart Card (BD) LTD, a self-service recharge KIOSK company, signed an agreement to enhance mobile phone balance recharge facilities through self-service kiosks.
In this connection, a small signing ceremony was held at Robi Corportae Office on Monday (19th May 2014). Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, RobiAxiata Limited and, Managing Director of Eastcompeace Smart Card (BD) LTD, Mr. Ron Lim signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Mohammad ManzurRahman, Vice President, Product & Device; H.M TarikulKamrul, Vice President, Segmentation & Market Development; Mosharraf Khan Yaafi, General Manager, Segmentation & Market Development; Md. DidarulHasahSiddiqui, General Manager, Segmentation & Market Development were present from Robi; and,Mohammad Ashrafuzaman, Head of Business and Technical; Lewis Chen, HOD, Chief- Operation;and Donnie Zhou, Deputy General Manager, HOD, Chief-Finance,were present from Eastcompeace Smart Card (BD) Ltd.
Self-service kiosks will be deployed to captive public places across Bangladesh,such as universities, and shopping malls, etc.
