Robi’s IPO lottery held

The lottery-draw for Robi Axiata Limited’s initial public offering (IPO) was held recently at a city hotel.

The lottery was conducted by BUET and overseen by CDBL. The entire programme was broadcast live over social media platforms. A total of 12 lakh 80 thousand 425 IPO applications were submitted for Robi’s IPO, out of which 465,290 applicants were selected as winners of the lottery. With the completion of the lottery, Robi is now set to debut the country’s stock markets with the largest ever IPO.

Higher officials from BUET, CDBL, DSE, CSE, IDLC Investments were present at the programme.
