SJIBL 213th Board Meeting held

The 213th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) was held at its head office (under construction) recently.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. A. K. Azad. The board approved a number of investment proposals and discussed various issues relating to policy matters of the Bank.

Among others Vice-Chairman of the Board Alhaj Mohammad Younus, Directors Alhaj Akkas Uddin Mollah, Alhaj Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Alhaj Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Alhaj Mohiuddin Ahmed, Alhaj Khandoker Sakib Ahmed, Alhaj Abdul Halim, Independent Director Mr. Mosharraf Hossain, Alternate Directors Alhaj Md. Masud and Alhaj Rukon Uddin Khan, Managing Director Mr. Farman R Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Setaur Rahman were present in the meeting.
