SJIBL opens branch in Manikgonj

Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) opened its 92nd branch in Manikgonj on Saturday. Bank’s Vice Chairman Syed Nurul Arefeen formally inaugurated the branch as chief guest.

Masihul Huq Chowdhury Additional Managing Director of the bank presided over the inaugural ceremony while Former Principal Prof AAA  Asaduzzaman, President of Manikgonj Bar Council Advocate Ataur Rahman Bhuyian, Manikgonj Poura Mayor Romjan Ali and district secretary of Krira Sangstha Sultanul Azom were present as special guests.

In his speech, Syed Nurul Arefeen said Shahjalal Islami Bank providing better services to its clients through technology based services, for this the clients and branches of the bank are increasing subsequently. Our prime motto is to serve all classes of clients and to fulfill increasing clients demand. Besides Shahjalal islami Bank has a group of efficient and dexterous employees whose are serving clients restlessly. He also said, the bank will play a significant role for the economic advancement of Manikgonj area.

Additional Managing Director Masihul Huq Chowdhury discussed elaborately about the Bank’s deposit and investment schemes. At present this bank earned a stable position in banking sector within a short time through transparency and good governance Masihul Huq Chowdhury added in his speech.

The opening ceremony included reciting from the Holy Quran, Milad Mahfil and Doa was held at the branch premises.
