Top Indian diplomat to come Dhaka

India’s External Affairs Ministry’s Secretary for multilateral and economic relations Sujata Mehta is coming to Dhaka on Sunday to discuss the ongoing development partnership issues between Bangladesh and India.

According to Indian High Commission, Alok Kumar Sinha, the Joint Secretary for development partnership administration and Joint Secretary of the Bangladesh and Myanmar desk Sripriya Ranganathan will accompany her in this official visit.

“We hope the ongoing India-Bangladesh development partnership and economic cooperation will be strengthen through this visit,” said the High Commission officials.

Sujata is the senior most official dealing with multilateral and development cooperation issues in India’s External Affairs Ministry.
