Turkish Red Crescent Society signs deal with Bengal Meat

Country`s first international standard meat processing company Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd has signed an agreement today (September 21, 2014) with the Turkish Red Crescent Society Bangladesh.

Mazharul Islam, Managing Director of Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd and Halim Sertac Acici, Head of Delegation of the Turkish Red Crescent Society in Bangladesh signed the agreement. Based on this agreement Turkish Red Crescent Society Bangladesh will distribute meat among the poor in the distant parts of the country during holy Eid ul Azha and Bengal Meat will join this initiative as distribution & management partner.

The management of this initiative will take place at the Bengal Meat abattoir.
