WALTON International Rating Chess Tournament-2022

WALTON International Rating Chess Tournament-2200, sponsored by WALTON Hi-Tech Industries PLC and
organised by Bangladesh Chess Federation will start on 4th April 2022, Monday from 2:00 PM at Bangladesh
Chess Federation hall-room.

A Press-Briefing regarding the event was held today (Wednesday) in Bangladesh Chess Federation Hall-Room. Mr F. M. Iqbal Bin Anwar (Dawn), Senior Executive Director of WALTON Hi-Tech Industries PLC, Mr K M Shahidullah, Vice-President of Bangladesh Chess Federation, IO Mahmuda Hoque Chowdhury Moly & Sajal Mahmud, Executive Members of Bangladesh Chess Federation, IA Md Haroon Or Rashid was present in the press briefing and briefed details of the events.

The event will be held in a 9 round Swiss League system for 9 days. Winners of the event will be awarded a total of two lac taka cash prize money and a WALTON gift. Interested players can enrol their name with mentioned entry fees on or before 2nd April 2022, Saturday at the Bangladesh Chess Federation office.
