Workshop on Shariah Implementation in AIBL

A day-long workshop on ‘Shariah Implementation in AIBL’ was held at Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training & Research Institute on 9 May, Saturday.

Chairman of the Bank Badiur Rahman inaugurated the Workshop as Chief Guest. Principal of the Institute Nurul Islam Khalifa delivered the welcome speech and presided over the ceremony. Member of AIBL Shariah Supervisory Committee Mufti Muinul Islam and Secretary Md. Abdur Rahim Khan discussed about the topic.

Second Officers, Investment In-Charges and Foreign Exchange Desk In-Charges of Selected Branches and Central Zone of the Bank participated in the Workshop.

Chairman Badiur Rahman, in his inaugural speech, said implementation of the rules of Shariah must be ensured at every transaction of the Bank. He advised all the participants to implement the knowledge acquired from the Workshop in their respective practical work field.
