Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC inaugurated a stall at the three day US Trade Show-2024 at Intercontinental Hotel, Dhaka. Mohammed Munirul Moula, Managing Director of the Bank inaugurated the stall on 9 May 2024, Thursday as chief guest. Md. Maksudur Rahman, Senior Executive Vice President, Nazrul Islam, Senior Vice President and Md. Omar Hayat Chowdhury, Vice President along with other Executives and officials of the Bank were present on the occasion.

Shahjalal Islami Bank celebrates its 23rd anniv

Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. celebrated its’ 23rd anniversary on 09th May 2024. Started banking operations on 10th May 2001 and the Bank has been operating banking activities by complying Islamic Shariah and has successfully completed it’s 23 years. On the occasion of 23rd anniversary of the bank, special Doa mahfil & Quran Khatom was organized on 09th May 2024 at all branches and sub-branches including the corporate head office. In that Doa Mahfil, special prayers have been offered for the greater welfare of the nation. Later, the founding anniversary cake was cut in the board meeting room of the corporate head office to celebrate the anniversary.

Training on arbitration in procurement disputes

To promote and enhance the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Bangladesh, Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) holds various trainings throughout the year.
