Officials of Bangladesh Bank may have been involved in a brazen theft of $81 million from its account with the New York Federal Reserve Bank in February, the head of a government-appointed panel investigating the cyber heist told reporters on Monday.
Hackers broke into the computer systems of the Bangladesh central bank and issued instructions through the SWIFT network to transfer $951 million of its deposits held at the New York Federal Reserve Bank to accounts in the Philippines and Sri Lanka.

The BAE report, titled Cyber Heist Attribution, claims what initially appeared to be an isolated attack against one bank has turned out to be larger in scope than previously thought.

The prospect in this regard is very bright with the country presently generating almost a million tons of fish wastes annually and they are hardly used systematically for further processing, reports BSS.

TFA will enter into force with the ratification by at least two-third of WTO members. So far, 72 countries have ratified the TFA. Since WTO members have a shared interest in facilitating
