Pakistan to move UN against Indian PM’s statement

After passing unanimous resolution against India in the parliament, Pakistan has decided to move United Nations to condemn Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s statement in Bangladesh, reported Dawn newspaper. Thai army suspends Manas for suspected trafficking link

Human trafficking suspect Lt General Manas Khongpaen has been suspended from military service, Army Commander General Udomdej Sitabutr said today. Manas, a former special adviser to the Army, would be reinstated and paid retroactively if found not guilty of the various crimes with which he has been charged, said Udomdej. Modi’s ‘nuisance’ remarks in Bangladesh ‘unfortunate’: Pak

Pakistan today described as “unfortunate” the remarks made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bangladesh where he had accused it of creating “nuisance” and constantly troubling India by promoting terrorism. The “characterisation of bilateral relations by the Indian prime minister as ‘nuisance’ is unfortunate,” Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Qazi Khalillulah said.
